Who we are

Founder, Bethany Brajkovich has over 15 years’ experience working in local and state government and the non-for-profit sector; specialising in mental health, intersectional diversity, rural and remote communities, community health and education, child rights, parenting, suicide, disability, education, poverty and barriers to well-being and equity.

Bethany is an expert in applied multivariate analysis and highly experienced on both sides of the funding table. As such, Bethany can hone messaging and adapt funding/partnerships strategies to ensure risk mitigation, organisation strategy, community outcomes and trends, are considered when providing expert analysis, advice and solutions. This methodology, coupled with an authentically ability to translate the stories of those she is supporting, Bethany cultivates, inspires and energises stakeholder giving, strategic alliances and partnerships alike. This unique skill set has left a legacy of positive partnerships, sustainable projects, steady program funding, program growth, geo-specific asset acquisition, robust governance systems and an extensive success record advocating for some of Australia’s most at-risk communities.

Bethany holds a Bachelor of Social Science, majoring in Children and Family studies and has undertaken qualifications in federal and state government procurement, evaluation, management and negotiations for community contracting. Bethany is a current, community of practice member at Edith Cowan University and is a board member for the Kwinana Early Years Services.
